  2. I discovered your channel a couple months ago and really enjoy watching you! I decided to try IF just for an experiment to see what would happen. I did not need to lose weight but wanted to lean out. I ended up losing 4pds in 2 months and my overall muscle definition was pretty amazing! Especially the abs. I did watch calories and now I want to even try to lean out further. I am 5’4” 114 and wanted to see how 112 might be. But, at this point my body seems to be holding out at 114 the last 3 weeks. I know this may be pushing it for my body. Is there anyway to get over this hill or just have to accept?
