A resistance tube band helps in strengthening your fast twitch muscles and providing you a base to build your game.

Build up for explosiveness with supporting medicine ball drills.

Do the shown workouts with the following repetitions based on your level.

– Beginner: 8 to 12 reps
– Amateur: 12 to 15 reps
– ITF Junior: 18 to 20 reps

Bonus: Have someone catch the medicine ball. Then, add live tennis drills to really work on your explosiveness.
