  1. Speed gone down tension gone up. Posture improved body is still Muscle is Focusing on the extremes of the movement and the weight is alligned so its hardest in area i want to work. And i feel the tension and listwn to my body Im doing fb everyday (i perceive this as skills that has to be practiced not muscle training) i’ve done this for a month and im seeing muscles growing i didn’t know im having. My biggest weakpoint (pecs) are growing like crazy. When i plateau from this i will split the workout and focus on POL. But i’ll never stop being a nazi about my form. Form is really all. I’ve had 10 years of training
